Authorization Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for client projects related to authorization management.

• Ensure adherence to legal, supervisory, and banking-specific standards in authorization management, which includes implementing the target role concept and other modifications to the authorization management system.

• Provide advisory services to clients in the domain of authorization management.

• Collaborate with the authorization management team to execute outcomes in OSPlus.

• Independently organize and facilitate client workshops, as well as provide implementation support and training/coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, such as an application developer, system administrator, or equivalent.

• A university degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related IT field.

• Career changers with substantial, long-term consulting experience are encouraged to apply.

• Several years of experience in IT authorization/access management or Identity & Access Management within a financial services organization.

• Strong project management experience in complex IT or transformation initiatives.

• Good understanding of regulatory and supervisory standards within the banking sector.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Confident presence in consulting and client interactions at both expert and executive levels.

• Methodical and self-directed approach to work.

• Strong dedication to shaping and improving processes.

• Exceptional communication skills and experience serving as a liaison between banking business units and IT.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.
