Auditor/Investigator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Perform regular and unbiased audits/investigations of customer claims from initiation to resolution.

• Ensure precise and equitable evaluations of the legitimacy of claims.

• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, escalating audits/investigations when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of audit/investigation outcomes in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.

• Develop and execute strategies to identify and mitigate fraudulent activities.

• Conduct interviews with witnesses, claimants, and other relevant parties.

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee the correct handling of audits/investigations.

• Relay findings to customers, claimants, and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing progress updates.

• Support and train fellow auditors/investigators.

• Organize and manage personal workload while working with the manager to prioritize projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required; education may be substituted for experience.

• 2–4 years of experience is required; 5–7 years is preferred; experience may be substituted for education.

• Certification as a Fraud Examiner is preferred.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
