This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +11 more states.
β’ Assist clients while ensuring the security of criminal justice information.
β’ Participate in project development and client project meetings.
β’ Engage in direct communication with local agencies across the nation.
β’ Respond to inquiries related to compliance and audits.
β’ Set up and provide support for client and agency audit accounts.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the FBIβs CJIS Security Policy.
β’ Create project work plans and organize audit timelines.
β’ Inform agencies regarding forthcoming audits.
β’ Delegate, evaluate, and follow up on Non-Criminal Justice Agency Audits.
β’ Collect and assess client documentation to ensure compliance with the CJIS Security Policy.
β’ Evaluate existing client policies for compliance and identify areas for enhancement.
β’ Prepare audit and compliance reports for clients.
β’ Strong and professional communicator with exceptional written and verbal abilities.
β’ Quick and enthusiastic reader.
β’ Enjoy conceptualizing processes and designing flow diagrams.
β’ Passionate about positively impacting public safety and law enforcement.
β’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent.
β’ Team-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with multiple departments.
β’ Capable of maintaining confidentiality for clients and data.
β’ Must successfully pass rigorous fingerprint-based state and federal background checks, as required by the nationwide agencies involved (mandatory).
β’ Must currently reside in one of the following states: FL, GA, KS, KY, MO, NC, NJ, NY, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA.
β’ Must not require sponsorship to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available for this role.
