This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Utilize sales expertise to strategically cultivate relationships.
• Initiate proactive cold calls to AV Integrators to inform them about Daktronics products.
• Formulate a strategy for onboarding targeted integrators.
• Work in conjunction with the AV Sales team to collect market insights and effective approaches.
• Comprehend project and customer requirements, coordinating suitable sales and support teams.
• Create and deliver engaging presentations across various environments.
• Organize, prioritize, and document sales activities efficiently.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to oversee accounts, sales opportunities, leads, and all customer management functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, technical field, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment effectively.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must meet all workplace safety standards.
• Preferably three to five (3-5) years of experience in field sales, including negotiation and purchase agreements.
• Experience in selling to or working within the Audio-Visual Industry is advantageous.
• Strong computer skills, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is an added benefit.
