Audio Engineering Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of skilled Audio Engineers.

• Develop, enhance, and iterate on custom voice solutions for ElevenLabs clients using various techniques.

• Clean, edit, and prepare client audio to guarantee superior cloning and generation quality.

• Offer practical training and technical support on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.

• Participate in client calls, provide creative direction, and serve as a fractional audio engineer for customer workflows.

• Deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks, voice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services through the Productions managed-services platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related disciplines.

• Proven experience collaborating directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders.

• Strong expertise in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, or Ableton.

• Profound understanding of voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuances.

• Capability to transform vague customer requirements into precise audio and voice-design solutions.
