This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Review and annotate audio content including music, podcasts, audiobooks, and relevant search scenarios.

• Utilize language skills and cultural insights to grasp content, context, and user intent effectively.

• Listen to and assess audio materials for relevance, context, and local cultural nuances.

• Conduct online research to verify information and ensure accurate evaluations.

• Consistently apply project guidelines and exercise judgment when dealing with nuanced or subjective content.

• Record findings, insights, and inquiries in English.

• Complete assigned annotation tasks within the specified 1–2 week project timelines across various project types.

• Integrate feedback and escalate questions or concerns when further clarification is needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in English.

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture, language, and local media content.

• Familiarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other digital media platforms.

• Comfortable using audio streaming services on both desktop and mobile devices.

• Experience in content annotation, rating, or evaluation, including subjective assessments and consistent application of defined criteria.

• Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, and web-based tools and platforms.

• A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS Tahoe.

• Willingness to install necessary ModSquad security systems on both computer and mobile devices.

• A stable broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• At least 8 GB of RAM or greater.

• A high-quality headset that provides clear audio.

• A Chromebook is not suitable for ModSquad projects.
