• Assist in the organization and implementation of GTM launch activities for both new and existing products, following playbooks and guidance provided by GTM leadership.
• Aid in tracking deliverables and timelines across various cross-functional GTM workstreams, including product, sales, and marketing.
• Contribute to the documentation and standardization of GTM processes to enhance consistency and repeatability.
• Support the creation of GTM briefs, one-pagers, and internal presentation materials as required.
• Assist in collecting and organizing research on market trends, customer segments, and competitor positioning to refine GTM messaging.
• Help compile and summarize audience insights from available data sources to assist in targeting decisions.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite research synthesis and identify relevant signals for the team.
• Maintain and update audience segment documentation and persona materials as directed.
• Translate product release notes into clear, customer-friendly language for use by sales and marketing teams.
• Assist in maintaining and updating sales pitch decks, one-pagers, and enablement materials under the guidance of GTM leadership.
• Capture and organize win/loss signals and themes from sales conversations to support ongoing messaging improvement.
• Manage a filtered customer news workflow that highlights relevant brand mentions and success stories for the sales team to use in prospect discussions.
• Assist MDR and SDR teams by enhancing copy and updating content to support outreach efforts.
• Help compile and structure campaign and GTM performance data into dashboards and reporting templates.
• Monitor key metrics across demand generation touchpoints and alert leadership to trends or anomalies.
• Assist with documentation for A/B testing, track results, and summarize insights for team review.
• Maintain consistent reporting structures to enable leadership to evaluate ROI and prioritize resources efficiently.
• Serve as a connecting resource between product, sales, marketing, and events teams, ensuring information flow and deadlines are adhered to.
• Support the development of user conference session content, including the standardization of presentations, session titles, and descriptions.
• Coordinate opportunities for podcast interviews, webinar co-hosts, and event speakers.
• Maintain the GTM asset repository, including product images, GIFs, value proposition content, and segment-specific LLM-ready resources.
• Ensure that “About Us” messaging and review profiles are accurate and consistent across all channels.
• 2-4 years of business experience in analyzing complex problems with a proven ability to influence business outcomes.
• 2+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably within growth-stage company settings.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS and inbound demand generation funnels.
• Experience collaborating with sales development teams.
• Ability to lead by influence, particularly while working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing leaders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in analyzing large datasets to inform business decisions.
• Demonstrated capability to prioritize effectively, communicate conflicting priorities, and propose solutions.
• Excellent project coordination skills, with the ability to manage dependencies and align timelines across multiple departments.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovation and the agility to adapt quickly.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) applied to content, enablement, or campaign workflows.
