This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Identify, interview, and recruit qualified candidates for both per diem and permanent positions.
• Coordinate office operations and activities to ensure effective functioning and adherence to company policies.
• Generate leads through diverse recruiting channels, strategic planning, and referrals.
• Manage and cultivate client relationships, serving as a point of contact to comprehend hiring needs, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct interviews in English via phone and Microsoft Teams.
• Utilize various software including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, ATS tools (such as JobAdder), and presentation software.
• Provide general administrative and human resource assistance.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive results.
• Manage projects and support the director with daily operations.
• Proactively post and manage job advertisements, including regular LinkedIn activity (2–3 posts weekly).
• Facilitate candidate debriefs and client interviews.
• Achieve placement targets with a minimum of three placements per quarter.
• Assist with business development research and client management as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a science-related field such as Nursing or Life Sciences, with a preference for a technical or scientific background.
• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience as a 180 Recruiter within the Australian market, preferably in Executive Search or professional recruitment.
• Skilled in recruiting for complex, hard-to-fill positions across the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
• Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
• Proficient in utilizing ATS tools such as JobAdder, Microsoft Office Suite, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Advanced capabilities in LinkedIn sourcing, outreach, and opportunity identification.
• Displays initiative and the capacity to work independently and proactively.
• Strong consultative interviewing skills, focused on understanding candidate motivations and fit.
• Capable of managing deadlines and effectively adapting to urgent recruitment requirements.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and persistent in achieving recruitment objectives.
• Thrives in high-pressure situations while maintaining performance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
