This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Support our dynamic and expanding practice.
β’ Oversee litigation in state courts.
β’ Create legal documents, including petitions and briefs.
β’ Work collaboratively with the team to improve both business knowledge and legal practices.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience is required (preferably in civil litigation).
β’ At least one year of managing litigation cases.
β’ Demonstrated experience handling state court litigation (federal court experience is highly preferred).
β’ Strong legal writing abilities, encompassing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
β’ A desire to enhance business acumen alongside legal expertise.
β’ Must be admitted to the Texas Bar; admission in other jurisdictions is a significant plus.
