Attorney – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support our dynamic and expanding practice.

• Oversee litigation in state courts.

• Create legal documents, including petitions and briefs.

• Work collaboratively with the team to improve both business knowledge and legal practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience is required (preferably in civil litigation).

• At least one year of managing litigation cases.

• Demonstrated experience handling state court litigation (federal court experience is highly preferred).

• Strong legal writing abilities, encompassing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• A desire to enhance business acumen alongside legal expertise.

• Must be admitted to the Texas Bar; admission in other jurisdictions is a significant plus.
