This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Support property casualty litigation in both state and federal courts.
β’ Oversee discovery processes and depositions.
β’ Draft legal documents such as petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

β’ Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience, preferably in property casualty.
β’ Proven experience in managing cases within state and federal courts.
β’ Proficient in handling discovery.
β’ Experience in taking and defending depositions.
β’ Skilled in writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
β’ Must hold admission to practice law in the State of North Carolina.
