Attorney – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Support property casualty litigation in both state and federal courts.

• Oversee discovery processes and depositions.

• Draft legal documents such as petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience, preferably in property casualty.

• Proven experience in managing cases within state and federal courts.

• Proficient in handling discovery.

• Experience in taking and defending depositions.

• Skilled in writing petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.

• Must hold admission to practice law in the State of North Carolina.
