This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

• Proven experience in managing cases within both state and federal courts.
• Skilled in managing discovery processes.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Proficient in drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Must hold admission to practice law in the State of Missouri.
