Attorney – Property & Casualty

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Support property casualty litigation within a dynamic and expanding practice.

• Take charge of effectively managing a variety of legal cases.

• Prepare for trial by organizing necessary documentation and developing strategies.

• Work collaboratively with the team while overseeing junior staff members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation.

• Proven experience in managing cases within state and federal courts.

• Experience in supervising and mentoring junior staff.

• Proficient in managing discovery processes.

• Skilled in taking and defending depositions.

• Capable of drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of California.
