Attorney – Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate legal documents for the secondary review by the Supervising Attorney.

• Organize case files, monitor legal deadlines, and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.

• Observe a senior or supervising attorney during appearances in Mediation, Court, and Sheriff’s Sales.

• Provide assistance in preparation prior to appearances.

• Work in partnership with members of the state team.

• Actively engage in weekly state meetings.

• Meet weekly one-on-one with the Supervising Attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.), licensed in New Jersey, and in good standing in all jurisdictions.

• Ability to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-oriented manner.

• Exceptional organizational skills, with the capacity to multi-task and adapt to ongoing changes.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
