Attorney – Banking Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as an attorney focused on Banking Law for a new strategic client.

• Update systems and oversee supporting information;

• Request and track obligations for specific actions;

• Solicit and monitor payments;

• Prepare pleadings, including judicial and administrative defenses, appeals, settlement agreements, and other procedural documents;

• Engage in the registration process, conduct HR interviews, technical assessments, and interviews with the relevant department.

⛳️ Requirements

• A postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure is preferred;

• Strong resilience, proactivity, adaptability, and organizational skills are crucial for this role.

• Prior experience managing high-volume litigation as an attorney in a law firm is necessary.

• Experience or interest in Banking Law is required.

• Must reside in or operate within the Southern Region: Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, or Paraná.
