This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Implement, manage, and evolve solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Oversee, configure, and maintain Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Analyze customer needs and translate them into configurations and technical solutions.

• Design and configure projects, workflows, permissions, schemas, and automations.

• Participate in the deployment, evolution, and optimization of Atlassian platforms.

• Resolve technical incidents and provide specialized support.

• Collaborate with the team to implement solutions.

• Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimizations.

• Document configurations, procedures, and implemented solutions.

• Engage in technical meetings with clients and assist in addressing their needs.

• Apply best practices for administration, security, and governance of the Atlassian ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in administration and configuration of Atlassian platforms.

• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management.

• Ability to analyze functional needs and translate them into technical configurations.

• Experience managing projects, workflows, permissions, and schemas within Jira.

• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Minimum English level of B2.

• Availability for occasional in-person attendance when project needs require it.

• Technician (Junior): at least 1 year of experience in administering Atlassian platforms.

• Technician (Junior): practical knowledge of configuration and maintenance of Atlassian tools.

• Expert: at least 3 years of experience in administering Atlassian platforms.

• Expert: advanced experience in configuration, administration, and optimization of Atlassian solutions.

• Expert: ability to work autonomously and solve complex technical problems.

• Expert: experience collaborating with technical teams and clients on deployment or evolution projects of platforms.

• Official Atlassian ACP certifications or related accreditations are a plus.

• Experience working with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center is a plus.

• Participation in migration projects to Atlassian Cloud is a plus.

• Knowledge of Automation, Assets, REST APIs, and integrations with Marketplace applications is a plus.

• Experience with scripting or customization tools like ScriptRunner is a plus.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

• Experience in technology consulting environments and direct client contact is a plus.
