• Engage in outreach and follow-up activities with incoming leads, referrals, or prospective athletes generated through marketing efforts.
• Conduct discovery calls to gain insights into each athlete’s objectives, sport level, and representation requirements.
• Showcase agency services, which encompass representation, marketing, NIL support, and sponsorship placement.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with athletes, teams, or sponsorship partners.
• Keep well-organized records and communication logs within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with agency personnel for contract processing and onboarding once agreements are finalized.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly contract goals.
• A minimum of 2 years in sales, recruitment, or client acquisition (experience in sports, entertainment, or talent management is preferred).
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Self-assured, persuasive, and capable of engaging high-value prospects.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in using CRM software.
• Familiarity with sports recruitment, athlete branding, or NIL regulations is advantageous (training will be provided).
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred (in Marketing, Sports Management, or Business).
• Access to a reliable computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.
• Availability to work in the S. Eastern Standard Time zone (8 AM–5 PM EST), Monday through Friday.
• Willingness to work on U.S. holidays as needed (this position does not include paid holiday benefits).
• Independent contractor position — no paid holidays or leave; eligibility for bonuses and opportunities for advancement.
