Atencion al Cliente Basico, Turno AM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for one of Konecta's important clients.

• Engage in 18 days of training followed by 10 days of on-the-job training (OJT).

• Conduct the training and OJT in person at Mall Bellavista.

• Operate remotely during the operational phase.

• Work 8 hours within the time frame of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, from Monday to Sunday.

• Adhere to a weekly rotating day off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid ID.

• Proficient in PC usage at a user level.

• Reliable wired internet connection.

• A suitable workspace for management tasks.

• Availability to work from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, for 8 hours.

• Rotating day off once a week.

• Completion of secondary education.

• No professional experience required.
