This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries as part of the Customer Service team

• Work full-time afternoon shifts

• Participate in training using a laptop or PC with wired internet

• Provide customer service experiences for companies connecting with their clients

• Completed secondary education

• Availability to work 100% from home

• A laptop or PC is required for training

• Wired internet connection

• Full-time afternoon schedules

• Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and a willingness to learn

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
