Associate/Senior Associate – HR Analytics, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare HR dashboards and manage MIS reporting across various HR functions.

• Maintain HR master data and HRIS systems, generating a variety of reports.

• Administer payroll processes while ensuring compliance with regulations in the US and Canada.

• Oversee expense reimbursement and offboarding procedures.

• Supervise HR compliance and support HR operations, payroll, and benefits administration.

• Drive initiatives for employee engagement and promote open communication.

• Collaborate with the HR team to improve policies, programs, and practices.

• Work on process automation, HR excellence, and automation projects.

• Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong practical experience in HR analytics.

• A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Proficient in data analysis using Excel and Google tools.

• Must have the ability to create dashboards using Google Sheets and Power BI.

• Familiarity with various HR tools and platforms, such as Zoho, Dayforce, and TriNet.

• Willingness to work in alignment with US time zones.

• Experience in a remote, global team environment.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Capable of managing projects effectively.

• Personal attributes should include being proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and maintaining a positive attitude.
