This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of operational data within internal systems, such as CRM/Dossier, to uphold data integrity and consistency.
• Carry out resource allocation and cost allocation tasks, while reconciling project details with Statements of Work (SoW) and billing systems.
• Serve as the main coordination point among Client Partners (CPs), Offshore Staffing Teams, and FinOps for operational and administrative activities.
• Assist in project setup tasks, validate financial data, and track resource deployment to guarantee smooth delivery operations.
• Produce, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for leadership and stakeholders, ensuring high accuracy and timely delivery.
• Guarantee compliance with reporting standards, specified formats, and data quality requirements across all outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with various onshore and offshore support functions to optimize operational workflows and manage interdependencies.
• Uphold stringent governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards while managing sensitive employee and operational information.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, enhancing reporting efficiency, and refining data management processes.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, ideally within a professional services or consulting firm.
• Availability to work primarily in Eastern Time (ET/EST) hours to facilitate collaboration with US/onshore teams, with some flexibility for partial overlap with IST as needed.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation, reporting, reconciliation, and operational tracking.
• Proven capability to curate, validate, and manage extensive datasets with a high level of accuracy and adherence to established reporting formats.
• Demonstrated experience employing AI tools and automation techniques to enhance operational efficiency and streamline routine processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to conduct thorough follow-ups, audits, and data quality assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify discrepancies, reconcile operational data, and effectively resolve process-related challenges.
• Capacity to juggle multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting while adhering to tight deadlines.
