This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Lead the strategy and execution for the EHR Channel across key platforms such as Epic, athena, eCW, Oracle, Veradigm, along with other existing and emerging partners.
• Oversee the complete channel performance, encompassing product delivery, implementations, vendor coordination, provider adoption, and ongoing expansion initiatives.
• Convert enterprise priorities into channel strategies that enhance EHR connectivity, workflow integration, and provider value.
• Direct the execution of EHR-centric data products, workflow products, and member-facing capabilities linked to the channel.
• Facilitate the implementation of EHR functionalities from initial planning through to deployment, adoption, and performance management.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, compliance, and business teams to provide scalable and provider-ready solutions.
• Establish and nurture executive relationships with EHR vendors and strategic partners to synchronize roadmaps, enhance execution, and broaden Humana’s presence across significant platforms.
• Ensure that Humana’s capabilities are seamlessly integrated into provider workflows and are aligned with market, provider, and enterprise requirements.
• Define and manage KPIs related to adoption, utilization, implementation performance, workflow impact, vendor performance, and channel growth.
• Recognize risks, dependencies, and execution obstacles early, and facilitate resolutions across both internal and external teams.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing team focused on channel delivery, implementations, vendor management, and oversight of execution.
• Continuously evaluate EHR vendor directions, provider demands, market changes, and competitive movements to enhance channel performance over time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in interoperability, digital health, healthcare technology, EHR partnerships, product management, implementations, or similar roles, preferably within healthcare.
• Proven experience in leading EHR-based products, platform partnerships, implementations, or provider-facing interoperability capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of EHR workflows, healthcare operations, interoperability standards, and provider experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across business, operational, technical, and external partner teams.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships, platform roadmaps, and implementation delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
