This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Participate in meetings (either in person or virtually) to gain insights into the client's background and operations.
• Distribute questionnaires to the client to assess their requirements, if necessary.
• Perform assessment studies for clients, typically at their offices (or remotely when applicable).
• Determine client goals and objectives for each clinical function or activity.
• Pinpoint areas where the client can improve.
• Recognize potential IKS solutions that may fulfill the client’s needs.
• Outline the scope of work and the specific activities that IKS will undertake.
• Establish the workflow structure, including hand-offs between the IKS team and the client team.
• Define the operational model and organizational structure for the delivery team based in India.
• Determine the metrics we will monitor to assess the success of our service delivery.
• Develop an implementation roadmap for the key activities involved in initiating and establishing operations.
• Analyze clients’ current costs, monitor competitive pricing (if applicable), determine appropriate pricing for our services, and estimate potential IKS profit margins from the engagement.
• Prepare proposals and presentations that showcase the IKS solution for the client.
• Create materials that demonstrate IKS capabilities and illustrate why clients should select IKS for their requirements.
• Estimate both financial benefits (cost reductions, revenue increases, etc.) and non-financial benefits (patient satisfaction, onboarding new physicians, etc.) that clients could achieve through the IKS solution.
• Draft proposals, case studies, brochures/leaflets, and other client-facing documents.
• Oversee, mentor, and assist the India-based Director or Manager of Solutions.
• Provide feedback to the IKS Product Management team to enhance our products/services.
• Attend client meetings alongside the IKS sales team as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree; Master's preferred.
• 12 - 15 years of experience in client-facing, managerial, consultative roles within healthcare technology or services, including Revenue Cycle Management, with at least 5 years in a Director capacity.
• Prior experience in revenue cycle consulting, including conducting assessment studies, report writing, etc., particularly in the acute care/hospital environment.
• Possess innovative thinking, strong diagnostic skills, and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to operate in an entrepreneurial environment with multiple stakeholders across various geographies.
• Ability to mentor, support, and oversee other team members.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and/or Google tools, including PowerPoint / Google Slides and Excel / Google Sheets.
