This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year strategy for talent development and leadership.

• Enhance and build the internal coaching function at NU.

• Evaluate organizational capabilities and future skill requirements.

• Create and execute a top-tier leadership development framework applicable to all levels.

• Assist in the enterprise succession planning process.

• Collaborate with executives to formulate personalized development plans for high-potential and successor candidates.

• Lead initiatives to shape the competency model framework.

• Ensure that assessment and evaluation methods are established.

• Supervise the design and implementation of enterprise learning programs.

• Work alongside HR and senior leaders to identify organizational challenges.

• Collaborate with HR and university leaders to create programs that boost employee engagement.

• Cultivate a culture focused on innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree is required.

• Over 12 years of experience in training and development.

• More than 7 years in a leadership capacity.

• Advanced education in adult learning methodologies.

• Extensive experience in change management, e-learning strategies, and facilitation.

• Certifications in change management and DiSC are strongly preferred.

• Proven leadership experience in managing teams of learning and development professionals.

• Experience in leading large-scale change initiatives and/or organizational transformations.

• Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong skills in project management, leadership, and team building.

• Prior experience in directing, implementing, and sustaining technology-based training/distance learning programs is strongly preferred.

• Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.

• Experience in a technology-driven enterprise is preferred.
