This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Develop the commercial strategy and oversee its implementation throughout Western Europe.
• Enhance and expand the HDx commercial model in Western Europe.
• Improve field coverage, prioritize accounts, and focus on commercial objectives.
• Foster reliable performance through well-defined targets and accurate forecasting.
• Ensure that the limited distributor and value-added reseller partnerships are strategically aligned.
• Lead the HDx commercial team in Western Europe.
• Formulate and implement the HDx go-to-market strategy.
• Propel commercial success across the region.
• Collaborate across functions with Marketing, Product Divisions, Finance, Legal, Operations, Service, and Applications.
• Master's degree (MSc) in Life Sciences, Biology, Diagnostics, or a related discipline.
• Extensive commercial leadership experience (10 years or more) in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or other regulated and technically demanding sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading direct sales teams.
• Strong strategic and operational skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics in Healthcare and Diagnostics.
• Full proficiency in English.
• Additional proficiency in a Western European language is advantageous.
