This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

• Assess, develop, and compose Aviation Emergency Response Plans in accordance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Provide high-quality, engaging training sessions both in-person and through Microsoft Teams.

• Design, conduct, and assess aviation emergency drills, including tabletop exercises, input-response scenarios, and full-scale live drills.

• Maintain current knowledge of aviation emergency regulations, industry standards, and developments.

• Engage in internal training initiatives, continuing professional development (CPD) activities, and sessions focused on deployment readiness.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent Kenyon professionally to clients and stakeholders.

• Partner with Product teams to create and develop new or tailored training products.

• Travel internationally as necessary to support training initiatives and exercises.

• Expertise in Aviation Emergency Response, with a strong understanding of ICAO/IATA guidelines and regulatory requirements.

• Proven ability to review, create, and write Emergency Response Plans from inception to completion.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering modern, interactive, audience-focused training sessions.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

• Experience in delivering virtual training through Microsoft Teams or similar platforms.

• Skilled in designing and executing aviation exercises, from tabletop formats to full-scale events.

• Background in crisis deployment, whether on-site or within control center environments.

• Dedication to continuous learning and staying updated with changing standards.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
