Associate Trade Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development of Trade Compliance Import/Export strategies for various studies.

• Ensure that studies adhere to Trade Compliance, local regulations, company policies, and client requirements.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, offering recommendations and issuing alerts to prevent import/export challenges.

• Formulate Trade Compliance Import/Export strategies for assigned studies of low complexity.

• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for Trade Compliance and Import/Export issues for the studies assigned.

• Remain informed about the latest Trade Compliance and Import/Export processes and regulations.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.

• Over 2 years of prior experience that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the role.

• Previous experience in clinical research, particularly in the import/export of clinical supplies, is preferred.

• Solid understanding of import/export operations, both local and global regulations, as well as clinical trial supply operations.

• Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent customer focus and attention to detail.

• Capable of working as part of a team, as well as independently with significant mentorship.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
