This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve patient implant and revenue objectives, ensuring the success and integration of CVRx technologies.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, to establish enduring partnerships.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the intricate physiological and technical aspects of CVRx therapies to effectively convey their advantages.

• Assist in the sales process by providing product demonstrations and training healthcare professionals on implantable devices.

• Present CVRx devices to cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, ensuring they comprehend the clinical benefits and applications.

• Offer hands-on support during implant procedures, follow-ups, and troubleshooting to guarantee successful patient outcomes.

• Evaluate sales data to pinpoint growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling additional products.

• Represent CVRx at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

• Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold satisfaction and trust.

• Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/University degree in health sciences or engineering, or a combination of experience and education may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Comfortable understanding of disease states impacting the heart (cardiology, cardiovascular, heart failure, etc.) and treatment through medical device emergent, therapeutic, or pharmaceutical solutions. Specific experience in heart failure will be prioritized.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the capability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.

• Proven ability to master concepts related to medical and surgical fields, as well as active implantable medical device technology.

• Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; persuasive communication, excellent presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Technical proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce or other CRM systems.

• Natural ability to influence, self-assured, resilient, and capable of resolving complex problems.

• Independent, self-motivated, and a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Resilient and adaptable to change, driven by opportunities for growth and development.

• Strong desire to progress, achieve success, and excel.

• Valid state driver's license without limitations on use.

• Reliable personal transportation.

• Valid identification for domestic air travel within the US.

• Ability to travel frequently within the designated territory for at least 4 days each week.
