Associate Territory Manager – Bone Growth Therapies

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist the Territory Manager in meeting or exceeding sales targets for total and individual product segments.

• Deliver direct, personal, and timely service through a consultative approach to physicians, podiatrists, patients, managed care, or other payors.

• Support Territory Managers, accounts, and patients within your designated region.

• Aid in patient fittings by conducting educational sessions with patients and office staff regarding the advantages of Orthofix stimulation products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (business to business) with a proven track record of success.

• Preferred accreditation in sales training.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, indicating an above-average level of intelligence.

• Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrating poise, depth of thought, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.

• Capability to present to individuals or larger audiences.

• High level of technical competence regarding product knowledge and surgical procedures.

• Ability to effectively manage the activities and development of a Sales Representative.
