Associate Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the comprehensive project manager for the planning, execution, and oversight of projects within the Technical Application Group (CTAG).

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Regulatory, etc.) to achieve project milestones.

• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Create and update project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes).

• Evaluate project data to derive insights and assist in decision-making processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences).

• Over 1 year of experience in project management, cost-saving initiatives, or related positions, ideally within healthcare or nutrition sectors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Preference for experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information across different functions.
