Associate Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in overseeing project timelines, task lists, and action items for one or more customer implementation initiatives.

• Support all stages of the project lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and handover.

• Monitor project milestones, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues to senior team members as necessary.

• Maintain and update project plans, status reports, and change request logs under the supervision of the lead TPM.

• Engage in and help facilitate regular customer meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.

• Prepare meeting summaries, status update presentations, and project documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with implementation engineers, solution architects, QA, and customer success teams to align on deliverables.

• Adhere to established project management processes, methodologies, and templates (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall/hybrid).

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role (internship or industry experience accepted).

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; comfortable engaging with international stakeholders.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
