Associate Technical Product Manager, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal teams and end users to gain a comprehensive understanding of requirements, execute thoughtful solution design, utilize data to validate hypotheses, and provide support throughout execution.

• Work alongside business owners to foster a unified vision regarding the problem area, constraints, priorities, and desired outcomes, while effectively communicating and advocating for this viewpoint.

• Create detailed user stories for new features, encompassing thorough descriptions of business rationale, requirements, and success criteria defined by measurable outcomes.

• Continuously optimize live user workflows and capabilities, which includes monitoring key metrics and gathering user feedback.

• Develop both short- and long-term roadmaps that maximize value while minimizing risk, assuming ongoing iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience: 2+ years in analytics, product management, or comparable technology roles within large healthcare organizations, product development, or SaaS platforms.

• Technical Aptitude: Proven experience in data, analytics, or related areas.
