Associate Technical Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Install and set up software and applications on client devices

• Collaborate with team members to execute large-scale installation projects

• Address inquiries from clients and partners, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Resolve data-related problems impacting partner applications

• Examine data errors or inconsistencies using internal tools, including SQL and C# queries

• Provide technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners with varying levels of technical expertise

• Keep detailed case notes, manage a personal ticket queue, and escalate issues to the appropriate team leaders

• Contribute to team documentation and work with leadership to enhance team functionality

• Support the training of new team members through job shadowing and process demonstrations

• Offer feedback to leadership concerning the performance of new team members

• Work with team leadership to prioritize and fulfill strategic partnerships

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain professional written and verbal communication

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience or expertise in technical support or computer science

• Background in customer service, particularly in phone or email interactions

• Capability to install and configure software and applications on client devices

• Skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues

• Experience in investigating data errors or discrepancies using SQL and C# queries

• Ability to provide technical information, training, and updates to clients and partners

• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
