Associate Talent Acquisition – Maternity Cover, 6-Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist in sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process.

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process by maintaining regular communication, following up, and providing constructive feedback.

• Oversee our Trainee hiring requirements by sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates to hiring managers while managing the Trainee’s experience during their tenure with the Group.

• Work in partnership with the TA team to fully grasp the job specifications.

• Participate in briefing meetings with recruiters and hiring managers as necessary.

• Craft compelling job advertisements that draw in applicants and disseminate them across all appropriate job portals.

• Develop longlists of suitable candidates for review with the TA team.

• Screen and arrange interviews for qualified candidates.

• Communicate feedback and updates to active candidates and recruiters.

• Generate update reports and ensure compliance with systems for each position.

• Utilize appropriate selection methods to evaluate candidates, including competency-based interviews, assessment centers, psychometric tests, and other relevant evaluations.

• Proactively cultivate a pool of qualified candidates for key roles as directed by the TA team.

• Guarantee that all applicants enjoy an excellent candidate experience.

• Conduct interviews and follow up on referrals from management and staff.

• Build networks and communities to source and pipeline potential candidates.

• Provide assistance on other HR initiatives related to talent acquisition as needed.

• Engage in relevant projects and community activities as required.

• Offer reporting support using Excel, SAP, Power BI, and other TA technologies on a regular basis.

• Coordinate with internal HR stakeholders to gather any necessary TA data.

• Facilitate the interview and assessment process.
