
Associate Supply Chain Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of supply chain strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Oversee, analyze, and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Initiate strategies for cost reduction, ordering, and reprints, while evaluating sales history in collaboration with Product Teams.
• Identify benchmarks for best practices and promote efficiency and cost-saving enhancements.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on KPIs, inefficiencies, risks, and compliance matters.
• Conduct research to select suppliers, negotiate contracts, procure quality materials, and oversee vendor performance.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends, forecast demand, and suggest optimal print quantities.
• Collaborate with Product Teams to review upcoming campaigns and anticipate inventory requirements, particularly for seasonal items.
• Identify high-volume sales orders impacting inventory and communicate this information to Customer Support.
• Relay information regarding low-stock and out-of-stock situations to product teams, business operations, Customer Support, and other relevant departments.
• Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners on inquiries and discrepancies related to inventory.
• Oversee warehouse transactions and track inventory via purchase order transactions and ASN receipts.
• Reconcile invoices with transactional records in the ERP system and warehouse documentation.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or related areas.
• Proficient computer skills with knowledge of ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Excel, and/or Google Sheets.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
