This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

• Collaborate with the Primary Clinical Supervisor on all clinical matters related to the treatment of the patients under your care

• Evaluate and interpret patients' skills and challenging behaviors

• Create treatment plans and oversee their execution

• Work together with and educate the caregivers of the patients

• Supervise behavior technicians in the application of new or updated treatment protocols

• Oversee treatment protocols to guarantee their effective implementation

• Relay treatment outcomes to the relevant stakeholders

• Revise treatment plans at least once a month

• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or a related discipline

• BCaBA certification

• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with ASD

• Completion of an 8-hour Supervision Training in accordance with BACB Supervision standards

• Preferably, completion of 1,000 hours post-BCaBA certification

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

• Willingness to travel by car, plane, or other means regularly to local centers, patient residences, and occasional training sessions

• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary

• Must successfully pass a tuberculosis test

• Up to $30,000 in annual bonuses, with a potential of $2,500 per month
