Associate, Strategy Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Act as a key member of project teams consisting of 3–4 individuals.

• Engage in brainstorming sessions, hypothesis formulation, research, analysis, strategy design, and the delivery of recommendations to clients.

• Identify pertinent data sources and perform both primary and secondary research.

• Manage specific project workstreams while developing expertise in critical questions that shape client strategies.

• Formulate hypotheses and carry out both quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Execute market and competitive analysis, market sizing, financial assessments, and design and analyze large-scale surveys.

• Compile findings into clear and persuasive PowerPoint presentations and research briefs.

• Present insights, findings, and recommendations in both informal and formal environments.

• Contribute to the growth of the firm through networking, knowledge of education-sector trends, and sharing best practices.

• Provide advisory services to education-sector organizations regarding growth, strategy, and investment goals.

• Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience at a leading firm.

• Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
