📋 Description

• Collaborate with Project Managers to transform clients into Procore experts and advocates through comprehensive training.

• Utilize expertise in the real estate development and construction sectors to enhance client business operations within Procore and throughout the client's organization.

• Deliver exceptional service and education to Procore’s clients through clear and effective communication.

• Partner with various levels of the Procore organization to establish best practices and propel Procore’s development as a leader in the market.

• Attain a deep understanding of Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, emerging technologies, and best practices in Customer Success.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry seeking to transition into a dynamic software consulting and advisory role.

• Prior experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Assistant Project Manager.

• Knowledge in managing construction projects, including bidding, procurement, RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, documentation, scheduling, quality control, and safety.

• Experience in training on established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
