Associate Staff Engineer, SAP Industry Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Thoroughly comprehending functional requirements and analyzing the client's needs within the project context.

• Conceptualizing the complete solution for specified functional and non-functional requirements, while being able to identify the technologies, patterns, and frameworks necessary for implementation.

• Establishing and applying design methodologies and tool sets.

• Facilitating application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities.

• Capable of leading or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production rollouts.

• Developing, comprehending, and validating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and estimated effort for specific modules/tasks, and being able to justify them.

• Addressing issues swiftly, responding constructively to setbacks and challenges with a focus on continuous improvement.

• Providing constructive feedback to team members and establishing clear expectations.

• Assisting the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex bugs.

• Proposing solutions to any issues raised during code/design reviews and being able to justify the decisions made.

• Conducting Proofs of Concept (POCs) to ensure that the proposed designs/technologies fulfill the requirements.

• Overall experience: 5+ years.

• Must possess knowledge of Wastage & Shrinkage Management.

• Should have experience with Centralized Bakery Production.

• Must understand Butchery & Fishery consignment.

• Should have experience in Vendor Rebate Management.

• Should be familiar with Recipe Management.

• Must have experience in Store Replenishment.

• Should have exposure to DC Forecasting & Replenishment.

• Should have experience in Merchandise Hierarchy Redesign.

• Must possess knowledge of store Assortment Planning.

• Should be knowledgeable about Unified Master Data Management Platform.

• Must have knowledge of Group-wide Non-Trade Procurement Platform.
