Associate Staff Engineer – Conversational AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and deploy conversational AI solutions utilizing the Kore.ai platform.

• Create and enhance chatbots and AI agents using Kore.ai XO10, XO11, or Artemis.

• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions incorporating LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.

• Create integrations with enterprise applications via REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript, and Node.js.

• Design and develop reusable conversational AI components and agent functionalities.

• Integrate LLMs, Vector Databases, and enterprise data sources into AI solutions.

• Implement multi-agent orchestration and AI observability practices as necessary.

• Troubleshoot production issues and enhance AI response accuracy, stability, and performance.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Collaborate with business, technology, and product teams to deliver conversational AI use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of overall experience.

• Extensive experience in Chatbot/Conversational AI development.

• 3+ years of practical experience with the Kore.ai platform.

• Proficient experience with Kore.ai XO10, XO11, or Artemis.

• Strong hands-on skills with JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.

• Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

• Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, LLMs, RAG, and Vector Databases.

• Strong grasp of Agentic AI concepts and architectures.

• Experience in integrating enterprise applications with conversational AI solutions.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Preferred experience with multi-agent orchestration and AI observability platforms.

• Banking/Financial Services domain experience is a plus.

• Kore.ai Developer/Artemis certification is desirable.
