Senior Generative AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish architectural standards for platform services while implementing recognized industry best practices.

• Spearhead proof-of-concept projects for new tools and technologies, assessing which solutions transition to production.

• Act as the technical mentor for three engineers in training through organized mentoring sessions and code evaluations.

• Maintain high engineering standards across testing, observability, agent security, and cost management.

• Create agent components utilizing LangGraph and LangChain, focusing on orchestration, state management, memory, and tool application.

• Integrate models and execution services using Amazon Bedrock along with Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

• Develop and sustain the Model Gateway, ensuring standardized access, model routing, usage limitations, and failover functionality.

• Establish input and output guardrails, tool permissions, action restrictions, and human approval processes in necessary workflows.

• Construct tool contracts and integrations via APIs and MCP, utilizing n8n for automations and workflows.

• Implement ongoing evaluation, traceability, and monitoring of quality, latency, failures, and associated costs.

• Design templates and components for the self-service portal, facilitating the adoption and progression of solutions into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Python and the development of production-ready generative AI applications.

• Practical experience with LangGraph and LangChain.

• Familiarity with AWS, Amazon Bedrock, and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

• Understanding of guardrails, agent security, and data and tool access control protocols.

• Experience with Model Gateways, model integration, and usage management strategies.

• Proficiency in n8n, REST APIs, and tool contracts utilizing MCP.

• Knowledge in RAG, agent evaluation, observability, and LLMOps/AgentOps methodologies.

• Experience with automated testing, Git, and CI/CD processes.
