Associate Sourcing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the Product Marketing strategy for the PPAG Assortment by engaging in NPI ideation, prioritization, and quality evaluation.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with small to medium-tier fulfillers in the European market through proactive Account Management.

• Aid the Sourcing Manager in formulating strategies to expand our network of fulfillers by actively acquiring new partners to enhance the growth of our PPAG Assortment and provide backup capacity for fulfilling our orders, ensuring the most competitive supply chain setup (COGS & services).

• Evaluate the performance of your 3PF assortment launched in the market at both the product batch and product launch levels, discussing insights and implications for future assortment launches with the Product Sourcing Manager.

• Guide potential fulfillers through our onboarding process and collaborate with our onboarding teams in Barcelona and Mumbai to integrate new fulfillers into our platform.

• Collaborate closely with our Global NPI Product Data team to ensure that the products you select to support our strategies are accurately represented in our Product Database.

• Team up with your colleagues to create scalability and enhance efficiency. You will have a direct counterpart, with whom you will work to improve the overall value of our products and develop processes that streamline our operations.

• Maintain organization and documentation of 3PF relationship management by promoting the use of tools to accurately document all ongoing discussions, meetings, and notes with 3PFs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with preferred majors including Business, Marketing, or Economics.

• 3-5+ years of experience in detail-oriented vendor management and data analytics.

• Experience in Product/Category Management, ideally in Apparel, Hardgoods, or both.

• The capability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually changing environment, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
