This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the Client Success team in identifying and resolving technical issues reported by clients across both web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct scenario-based testing for development tasks by creating and executing test cases that mirror actual user workflows, edge cases, and failure scenarios before and after releases.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate issues related to RESTful web services, clearly flagging any revenue-impacting problems with urgency.
• Aid in the processing of eligibility files and system monitoring to uphold data integrity across various environments.
• Collaborate with the India-based support team to ensure comprehensive support coverage and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Engage in design and code reviews, offering constructive feedback and gaining insights from senior engineers.
• 0–2 years of backend experience with server-side programming languages (e.g., Javascript, TypeScript, Node) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React).
• AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience in database programming and performance optimization (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of SQL is essential.
• Familiarity with Snowflake and Tableau would be beneficial.
• Solid understanding of how to write and execute unit and functional test cases, including scenario-based QA for development tickets.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, serverless computing, and container technologies (Lambda, Docker); exposure to Kubernetes, OpenShift, or equivalent is a plus.
• Basic experience in contributing to or reviewing distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Strong analytical and debugging abilities with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and industry best practices.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS).
• Familiarity with REST and RESTful services.
• Exposure to system monitoring and observability tools.
