This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement the Rocket Clicks playbook tailored for the specific client industry.

• Ensure that account execution adheres to the company's First Principles methodology.

• Analyze performance metrics for comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.

• Carry out SEO tasks within the framework of weekly sprint planning.

• Update websites using CMS platforms or through direct code injection.

• Collaborate with design and editing partners to guarantee that marketing campaigns feature engaging content.

• Conduct regular technical SEO health assessments for web properties.

• Set up and validate conversion tracking for precise reporting and measurement.

• Participate in internal virtual client meetings for task context and clarity.

• Perform audits on client and prospect accounts to uncover growth opportunities.

• Utilize generative AI to create search-optimized content for client websites.

• Conduct research to support marketing strategies and initiatives.

• Engage in internal sprint meetings and strategy discussions.

• Prioritize essential tasks while seeking efficiencies through automation and delegation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in professional services organizations.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in SEO.

• Previous agency experience is a significant advantage.

• Ability to learn new tasks and processes independently.

• Strong enthusiasm for personal growth and learning; highly coachable.

• Technically proficient and capable of understanding system interactions.

• Maintains a high standard of excellence and accuracy.

• Collaborative experience as part of SEO teams.

• Understanding of digital customer acquisition strategies.

• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and HubSpot.

• Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, and Ahrefs.

• Experience in reporting against established performance metrics.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM Central Standard Time.
