Associate – SE – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair Nilfisk commercial cleaning machines.

• Conduct on-site diagnostics, repairs, and calibrations on Nilfisk floorcare machines.

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, replace worn parts, verify performance, and document results.

• Utilize electrical schematics, measurements, and error logs to determine the root cause of issues.

• Communicate the work completed, provide coaching to operators on proper usage, and gather customer feedback.

• Oversee van inventory and returns; generate parts quotes and ensure prompt ordering.

• Submit service reports, checklists, photos, and serial numbers within 24 hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2–3 years of field service experience with industrial or commercial equipment.

• Proficient understanding of single and three-phase systems, low-voltage controls, sensors, relays, contactors, burners, pumps, and hydraulics.

• Capability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and interpret error codes.

• Valid Class 3 or 4 driving license.
