Associate Sales Specialist – MLF Growth Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and prospect potential clients within the MLF segment, particularly targeting firms that are new to online services.

• Schedule appointments and conduct initial meetings to assess client needs while showcasing our solutions.

• Assist in supporting the current sales process by engaging in ongoing sales activities and initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with the Senior Manager, Growth Team, and other colleagues to formulate and implement sales strategies.

• Ensure accurate documentation of all prospecting efforts and client interactions in Salesforce.

• Keep informed about industry trends and market changes to pinpoint new opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

• Demonstrated sales experience in a consultative selling environment, ideally within the legal or professional services sector.

• Highly motivated self-starter with abundant energy and drive.

• Strong skills in prospecting and lead generation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Highly driven with a strong ambition to succeed and advance within the organization.
