This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Accountable for driving revenue in a designated territory
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Promote a wide range of medical diagnostic products to Hospitals, Doctor's Offices, and Clinics
• Showcase Baxter's competitive advantage in vital signs, cardiology, connectivity, physical assessment, and core blood pressure sectors
• Comprehend customer business challenges through exceptional listening and interpersonal skills
• Illustrate how Baxter's products and services can address these challenges
• Engage with existing and potential Acute and Primary Care clients
• Collaborate with various teams to provide comprehensive solutions
• Implement the complete sales process including opportunity prioritization and precise forecasting
• Conduct extensive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity development
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
• Experience in selling medical and/or capital equipment is advantageous
• Strong proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to work effectively independently
• Ability to understand the needs and influence individuals from nurses to C-level executives
• Strong analytical skills to effectively monitor sales activities, create sales strategies, understand local market dynamics and competitive trends, and analyze sales deals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competence in structuring sales agreements, collaborating with team members, and advancing critical stages in the sales process
