This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Working under general guidance, provides engineering, sales, educational, and technical assistance to address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel regarding CRM products.
• Serves as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Exhibits the ability to establish and maintain trustworthy business relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge as needed.
• Offers engineering, sales, education, and clinical support for field inquiries on an as-needed basis.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products, including relevant product and technical expertise, industry trends, and key players.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and other programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Provides additional support to CRM Sales Representatives as required.
• Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of successful sales or related business experience with demonstrated leadership, ideally within the medical device sector.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficient in personal computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team as well as independently in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
• Ability to leverage and/or engage others to achieve project goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with multiple levels within the organization.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities, along with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility in scheduling for case coverage and client meetings outside of regular hours and on weekends.
• Proficient in utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to manage sales and territory data.
• Ability to analyze and utilize sales data for effective territory and account management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% of the time, depending on territory geography.
