Associate Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Acquire and take ownership of the entire recruitment process from the initiation of the search to successful placement.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to implement search engagements effectively.

• Source and pinpoint top-performing B2B sales professionals across North America.

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and messages to engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines.

• Perform structured phone and video screenings.

• Provide qualified candidate shortlists that align with client expectations and Peak’s standards.

• Apply Peak's search methodology in executing engagements.

• Foster long-term relationships with sales professionals.

• Ensure a first-rate candidate experience through consistent communication and professionalism.

• Support candidates throughout the search process.

• Uphold the Peak brand with integrity and excellence.

• Meet and surpass activity, pipeline, and placement goals.

• Keep accurate data within Salesforce.

• Manage multiple search engagements simultaneously.

• Work collaboratively with teammates to enhance processes and outcomes.

• Collaborate across functions with Sales and internal colleagues.

• Share best practices and contribute to the development of processes and standards.

• Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Up to one year of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or another fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Direct experience in recruiting is not mandatory.

• Proven track record of competing, overcoming setbacks, and striving towards ambitious goals.

• A background in competitive athletics, performance-based sales, entrepreneurship, or a results-driven environment is a significant advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with accomplished sales professionals.

• Comfortable with high levels of outbound activity and relationship building through phone, video, and digital channels.

• Thrives under pressure and is motivated by competition, clear targets, scoreboards, and results-based evaluations.

• Resilient, coachable, organized, disciplined, and personally accountable.

• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, or applicant tracking systems is beneficial but not essential.

• Dedication to excellence, continuous improvement, and assisting others in reaching their potential.
