Associate Sales Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Assist in comprehensive recruiting efforts for sales and marketing roles, primarily targeting entry-level to mid-level positions.

• Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.

• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct outreach initiatives.

• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and fit with job requirements.

• Organize interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Oversee candidate and requisition activities within Workday and other recruiting systems.

• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline activity to inform hiring decisions and enhance processes.

• Represent the CONMED employment brand in all interactions with candidates and hiring teams.

• Assist in the attraction, assessment, and hiring of commercial talent for CONMED’s U.S. sales division.

• Support offer processing and onboarding tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is required.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, sales, customer-facing roles, or a related field.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or other recruitment platforms.

• Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, sales recruiting, or human resources.

• Strong skills in relationship-building and networking.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and priorities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 20% annually.

• Comfortable reaching out to candidates via phone, email, and social media platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
