This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Build business relationships with dealers and OEMs within the commercial equipment sector, focusing on construction and agriculture.
• Identify and pursue potential clients and new business ventures with CNH dealers.
• Market physical damage insurance products and extended service contracts.
• Provide service to existing clients and present proposals that address their needs, concerns, and objectives.
• Offer training and support for the online quoting system to F&I managers, sales managers, sales staff, and dealer principals.
• Work collaboratively with OEM Finance and Insurance personnel to enhance the sales of company products and services.
• Educate customers and promote awareness of available products and services.
• Generate and distribute monthly reports to dealers.
• Communicate with the dealer network regarding announcements when changes occur.
• Prepare and present proposals to individual and group clients.
• Identify and relay advantageous new products, market segments, or service solutions.
• Maintain direct customer-facing interactions with dealer sales teams.
• Conduct weekly follow-ups via phone and provide further training as needed.
• Attend equipment conventions and shows, manage the booth, and engage with dealers and staff.
• At least 1 year of experience in selling Finance & Insurance (Insurance, Service contracts, Extended warranties) products within the commercial equipment industry.
• Experience with Heavy Equipment (agriculture and/or construction) is a plus.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude, coupled with strong communication, presentation, and technology skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 years of experience in business development and sales.
• Strong knowledge of the commercial (Agriculture and Construction) equipment markets and dealer networks.
• Solid understanding of the commercial equipment lending market.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license required.
• Ability to meet general office demands.
• Willingness to travel 10% of the time.
